Fast diet

If next week you go to an important party and you realize your favorite dress doesn't fit you any more, this fast diet is ideal. 


It is easy to follow, doesn't contain hard to get aliments, you can eat until you are full and it lasts only 10 days, when you will lose approximately 5 kilos

The idea of this diet is simple: you remove sugar and starch from your nutrition and force your body to take its energy from fat deposits. Our body is lazy. Use the easiest source of energy: sugar we eat. That's why it must be forced to take its energy from fat deposits. 

Here's your menu for those ten days of diet: 

Breakfast
  • Half of grapefruit or one glass of grapefruit juice without sugar.
  • Two boiled or fried eggs in little olive oil.
  • Two slices of ham or skimmed chicken rosy sausage.
Lunch:
  • Half of grapefruit or one glass of grapefruit juice without sugar.
  • Skimmed chicken or fish boiled meat, baked or grilled, hearty.
  • One salad with no sauce.
Dinner:
  • Half of grapefruit or one glass of grapefruit juice without sugar.
  • Skimmed chicken or fish boiled meat, baked or grilled, hearty.
  • Hearty vegetables, but no potatoes, corn, peas, dry beans and soy.
Before sleep
  • One glass of degreased milk or tomato juice.
You can cook the meat in many ways, you can add several condiments, so you don't get bored eating the same meal every day. Grapefruit is important and doesn't have to be replaced with other fruit, because it gives the process of burning fats. You can use butter to fry the eggs or to make sauce for salads, but you are not allowed to eat mayo, ketchup or brought sauces. Juices are also forbidden, even if they are "light". You don't eat fruits and you don't eat between meals. Light or moderated exercises could be really helpful.
